Supporting Renew Café, which provides spaces for local communities to “Renew” themselves and journey alongside each other, aiming to enhance personal wellness

Rusty Road 2 Recovery

Supporting Rusty Road 2 Recovery—a group offering help to people with physical and mental health needs through volunteering—by sharing workspaces and donation
Offering counselling and other supporting services to the participants of Rusty Road 2 Recovery, i.e., Garage Rusty for individuals with depression

Sharing educational insights via different formats of meeting

Organising and facilitating meetings for different groups and settings
Conferences, courses of instruction, lectures, educational activities, workshops, etc. in various group sizes

Helping the local community

Marshalling and organising volunteering activities, eg. our volunteers helped fix a fence for Snooty Pooch CIC at Solihull, which works to promote the wellbeing of local individuals and communities.
